Wisconsin Governor Tony Evers’ campaign is seeking a motivated Operations & Compliance Assistant for his re-election campaign. The 2022 Wisconsin Gubernatorial race will be one of the top targeted Governor’s races in the country. 

Location: Madison, WI
Salary: $3,200 – $3,750/month, plus benefits
Reports to: Operations Director
Start Date: 7/1/2022

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete daily mail sorting and processing 
  • Ensure contributions are processed in a timely, accurate, secure, and efficient manner
  • Help oversee and double check contribution data entry and other work of operations and compliance interns
  • Assist in maintaining an orderly donor database, including running regular reports to check for errors and needed corrections
  • Assist in general office management and campaign logistics 
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Desire to fight for Democratic values and to re-elect Governor Evers 
  • Operations and/or compliance experience strongly preferred
  • Highly organized and extremely detail oriented 
  • Experience working with NGP a plus
  • Knowledge or and experience with Excel/ entire Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Trustworthy and reliable with confidential information
  • Growth Mindset – ability to take and implement feedback.
  • Cultural Competency – able to build relationships and collaborate with colleagues, voters, and volunteers who identify as POCI and across lines of difference.
